Colorful cold pasta salad loaded with veggies
and coated in a flavorful, savory dressing.

Italian salad dressing - low-fat okay
2.5 oz. jar Salad Supreme® seasoning
1 lb. box pasta of your choice - prepared as directed
red bell pepper - seeded, chopped
1 sm. yellow bell pepper - seeded, chopped
green bell pepper - seeded, chopped
1 med. cucumber - peeled, sliced
2 med. tomatoes - peeled, chopped
4.25 oz. can sliced black olives - drained
-Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
-Refrigerate overnight before serving.

Hi, my mom makes this and she
gets compliments as well. The whole family enjoys this delicious pasta
salad, and only my mom and I know how very easy it is to prepare.
I also make this recipe and I am
always asked to make it for every occassion. I just use the lite creamy
or regular Italian dressing and then I use the same vegetables and also
add broccoli and pepperoni. Sometimes I also add in cauliflour and
carrots. For holidays, I use the colored pasta.
