-Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda; set aside.
-In a separate large bowl, beat together milk, oil, and egg.
-Slowly whisk dry mixture into wet mixture until mixed well. Do not
over-mix.
-Using a ladle, pour about 1/4 cup of batter at a time onto a skillet heated
over a medium heat.
-When the edges appear to harden, flip the pancakes (they should be light
browned); cook on the other side for same amount of time, or until light
brown.
Make It A Meal: Serve
