Great
recipe! I subbed fresh rosemary for paprika, used
red onions. Oh, so good. Highly recommended!
I also
subbed rosemary and red onion for the paprika and
onion, but also subbed dry sherry for the lemon
juice - out -of-this-world!!
It's now a favorite of
mine. I also tried it with mahi-mahi and it was very good too. I did
not make a foil packet though, and just covered the pan with foil
during the last minutes of cooking so the onions won't burn. Thank
you soooo much for an excellent and easy recipe!
I wanted to let you
know... I tryed that Cod recipe with Salmon.... And it turned out
awsome!! It was sooo very very good.... I would HIGHLY recommend
it!!! A++++ recipe!!!
