I found this on your site
and just HAD to try it! OMG!!! It is fantastic! My husband and I
thought it was the best pasta dish we have ever had - and I looked
like the best chef! Then I went to Carrabba's and tried their recipe
to compare - UG - it was awful! Thank goodness yours is not like
theirs... Your sauce is perfectly balanced with the pasta and the
flavors are smooth. Their recipe drowns the pasta in sauce. I
strongly recommend making the sausage in small pieces. Your version
is GREATLY appreciated! Fantastic job!
This item as been removed
from the menu at Carrabbas near us. But now we just make it
ourselves. Excellent and easy. Thank you Robbie, we really enjoyed
it..
