  • This recipe was VERY close to Carrabbas, the only problem I had was getting the right type of cheese. The caprino cheese I got was not as soft as the type served at the restaurant. Other than that, it was very delicious and similar to that of the restaurants.

  • Chicken Bryan Texas, is my favorite meal at Carrabas. This recipe was great!!! My friend was very impressed! The only thing I would do different is cut back on some of the sun dried tomatoes. It seemed like there were to many. This recipe is awesome! Thank you!

  • It was my Birthday a week ago and I wanted to go out to Carrabba's for dinner but the only problem is that we have a large family(14) and if you ever been to Carrabba's you know how hard it is to get a set let alone trying to get a set for 14 at one table. So I got on line and typed in Chicken Bryan like Carrabba's recipe and your sight came up. I went to the store and bought everything to make the recipe. My husband had just bought a teck grill it is the same grill that out back uses to cook there food on. Well, anyway he bought some smoke wood chips and we fixed your recipe and all I can say is yummm. It was a hit with the whole family and I might add we all visited Carrabba's at least once a week if not more. Thank you again for the recipe.

  • My boyfriend knew that Chicken Bryan was my favorite meal of all time and so I thought he was planning on taking me to Carrabba's for my birthday. However when I arrived home after work, he was busy in the kitchen making me my absolute favorite meal. He had never cooked anything for me before in the year and a half we have been together. The meal was amazing...even better than Carrabba's. He used Goat cheese as you had written as a substitute, and I thought that made all the was perfect, thank you! PS He is not much of a cook, so if he could make this meal...I think anyone is capable of making it! :)

  • I must tell you the reason you are having a problem with the cheese is because you need buy a log of plain goat cheese. I have found the best taste/buy to be at Sam's Club. They sell the large loaf for under $4. The rest of the recipe sounds great. My version was a little different but I think I'll try yours.

  • That AWESOME AWESOME Chicken Bryan...I have to tell you, my family prefers this recipe over going to Carrabas to eat it! So, we really do appreciate you having it out there for us! We thank you every time we eat it! Ha-ha

  • Just tried your Chicken Bryan recipe and it's a keeper. My sons (12 & 15) and husband said it's as good as Carraba's. Looking forward to trying more of the recipes on your site.

  • I ate chicken bryan last Friday night at Carrabba's in Daytona. I liked it so much that I just had to have the recipe. So, through my searching the web site, I found your recipe and cooked it tonight for my family; they just loved it. I definitely will try this recipe again. Good going Robbie. Thanks a bunch

  • This recipe was wonderful. I took advice from one of the other people commenting and found the log of goat cheese and was DELIGHTED!!! I can not thank you enough it really satisfied my craving.

  • This was excellent!! My family and I just went to Carraba's last week and the kids loved this dish so much I surfed the web and found your site. Your version is as good or even better than the original. I am so excited to have found it I am trying the Hooters Wings today during the play off games. Thanks so much and keep your great recipes coming!

  • Thanks for the recipe! This is a great recipe. Try it with a filet steak and it's even better!!

  • Thank you for this recipe. It was so good!!! It tasted just like Carrabba's. BTW, this topping is just as good on steak. I usually order Sirloin Bryan at the restaurant. This weekend we tried it with filet mignon at home and it was to die for!! :) I plan to try my other favorite, Cozze in Bianco next!

  • Have to tell you this recipe is as good as it gets! My family loved this, and it tasted just as good if not better than Carrabbas. I do have to agree with another reviewer about the sun dried tomatoes though. I would cut it back to 3/4 cup to a cup. Thanks sooo much for the recipe!

  • The best recipe EVER!!!

  • This recipe was fantastic! It was easy to prepare and my guests thought I had purchased take-out from Carrabbas. I used Ile de France Goat Cheese and it was very tasty. Thanks for providing the recipe and I look forward to experimenting with more copycat recipes from your website.

  • I have been looking for this recipe for so long. I made it for my sweetie for Valentine's Day and for the first time ever he LOVED my cooking. I was so impressed by how close it was to our favorite dish which is too far to drive every time we want to eat it. Now I can make it at home! Thank you so much.

  • Just wanted to say that I love the Chicken Bryan at Carraba's. Then I found your recipe. Now I don't have to go out to eat it. It is so good. I just made it last week only I doubled the garlic butter sauce and sun dried tomatoes. That was the best! Whatever was leftover, I put on the angel hair pasta. When my daughter made it her husband told her it was better than Carraba's. The only thing that makes it better at Carraba's is that they serve you and clean up the mess. Thank you for this absolutely divine recipe.

  • That was wonderful. The cheese I find that is closest is made by Silver Goat - chevre with herbs. I was able to find it at the local Kroger

  • This receipe was great! I made it and my boyfriend PROPOSED!!!!

  • My husband absolutely LOVES Chicken Bryan from Carrabba's and I told him I found this site and a recipe for it. He wanted to try this right away. He never helps in the kitchen... Prep, cooking, cleaning... none of it. But he wanted to help me with this! We actually shopped for and cooked it together and loved it! Thank you for bringing my hubby into the kitchen! :) and coming up with a wonderful recipe!
