This recipe was
wonderful. The whole family enjoyed it, even my 2 year old!!
The only change I made to
this recipe was to add 1 tsp. of vanilla and a tablespoon less
flour. I'm wondering how it would taste if I used flavored cream
cheese.
What a great recipe. This
bread was the most moist and tastiest ever. Thanks so much for the
recipe.
I am a Chiquita employee.
I love this recipe. I brought in a loaf to share in the office, and
everyone who tried it loved it! I love your site!
I found your recipe for
Banana Bread II on your web site and tried it for the Thanksgiving
holiday. It was fantastic. I had to modify it slightly due to a
dairy allergy and use plain soy yogurt instead of cream cheese. I
also used brown sugar instead of regular sugar. WOW ! It turned out
great and everyone in the family is enjoying it. In fact it's nearly
gone and it's only Thanksgiving morning! It was really easy to put
together, not to mention super moist and full of flavor. I have
several other banana bread recipes and have always been a little
disappointed with them. This will be the one that I use from now on!
Thank you for your fantastic site. I'm so glad I found you and will
be back again and again. I have put your cookbook on my Christmas
Wish List, too!
This is just awesome! My
family and co-workers loved it and so did I!!!!
The batter seemed dry so
I added about 1/3C milk as well as the 1 teasp. vanilla that someone
else suggested. The bread rose over the pan. Next time, I'll split
the batter between 2 pans. It came out yummy.
